| slept in, very bored I should be working out... I think I will go hang out with my friends for a little and then work out. I lots about half a pound, not sure how because I ate crap yesterday, need to loose 3by Friday.

| I have become obsessed with food, more then normal and I must stop. I have not gained but I have not lost. I hate it. I need to change things now, no more playing around.

| The last two days have not been good, yesterday I went out to dinner and had a big salad with salmon and two cosmos, and the this morning I went out to breakfast. But I did work out a LOT today and yesterday so I don't think I will gain anything (hopefully) I'm too lazy to write out all the things I ate like i normally do, but all I have had today was breakfast and now I'm sipping on some diet root beer. I should be cleaning right now and keep myself busy but I'm just hoping be bf will be done with work soon so we can hangout :) tomorrow will be better :) stay strong!

| Blah... Oh Halloween... good thing it's over. I broke down and ate chocolate lameo, I'm too lazy to write down what I ate yesterday and I did not get to work out. But today has been good, I had practice and worked out at the gym so I burned lots of cals to make up for the candy I guess. My tummy really hurts today, I'm thinking it was the unhealthy candy I ate :(
Breakfast: cereal with lf soy and small Banana - 270cal
Lunch: Coffee, Yogurt, Baby carrots - 150cal
Other: sf gum, 1rasberry, 2strawberries, 5 grapes, almonds - 200cal

| last night I did pretty good, I did eat a small bag of wheat free oatmeal cookies and have some diet coke for desert and again I said not to candy and ice cream... but it did look so yummy. Also my bf and I roasted pumpkin seeds so I had some last night ( they turned out great )
anyway today I had work, then practice and then I went to the gym :) but I don't feel as if I have lost anything because I'm on my period so my tummy feels gigantic.
Breakfast: Black tea, Yogurt - 100cal, peach - 80cal, Hot choc with little lf soy - 40cal, Banana - 100cal
Lunch: ( yes, I know I ate too much) Apple - 80cal, pumpkin seeds - 200cal, rice crackers - 120cal, wasa cracker 60cal
Snack ( I had a big snack because I needed something to get me to the gym) Almonds - 150cal dried cranberries - 50cal baby carrots - 50cal
So I had a little over 1000cals today.... stupid
